Rentals for Tampa Bay Ski Club in Banff
The process is as follows:

Rental Notes:
- Equipment can be picked up at the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub.
If the Equipment is fitted at the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub,
it can be delivered to Banff hotels upon request after fitting.
As long as the guests have been fitted prior to 8:00 PM.
- Equipment can be returned to the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub,
or left in the Ski Storage area at the Hotel – Please inform
the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub on where you would like to drop
your equipment at the end of your stay.
- A credit card imprint will be required for security purposes
at the time of collection. Pre-paid credit cards or debit
cards will not be accepted. Charges are per person.
- The SkiBig3 Adventure Hub is located at 114 Banff Avenue
and is open daily 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Please note that rentals are subject to availability –
we do not hold skis/boards when they are rented and if for
some reason we do not have availability your members will
be advised to redeem the rentals at either Lake Louise Ski
Resort or Banff Sunshine.

Cancel/Change Policy
- Cancellations outside of 7 days – CAD $20 cancel fee
- Cancellations within 7 days – Non-Refundable
- Changes outside of 7 days – No Charge
- Changes inside of 7 days - CAD $20 change fee
- No Refunds on any unused days
*Please note: There are no grace days on
rentals e.g. if you have a 5 out of 7 day lift ticket and
wish to ski over 7 days you will need to book rentals for
7 days.
